Please place all orders at least 3–4 weeks in advance.

Orders placed with less notice are subject to a late fee.

Payment Requirements:

Orders over $300: Deposit or full balance required to secure your order. Remaining balance is due 10 days before the selected date.

Orders under $250 and short notice orders: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Short notice orders are subject to an additional fee.

No Payment = No Order. If payment deadlines are missed and there is no communication, the order will be canceled.

Delivery:

Available at $1.50 per mile within Nashville and surrounding counties.

All large cakes must be delivered – no exceptions.

(Examples: Three-tier cakes or wedding cakes.)

Order Changes:

Last-minute changes (e.g., add-ons, time, or date adjustments) may be accepted based on availability but are not guaranteed.

Order Verification:

All orders must be checked and signed off at the time of pickup or delivery.

A code word will be provided on your invoice and will be required at pickup or delivery – please keep it safe!

Every order receives a set of care instructions. Once items leave our possession and are checked, we are NOT responsible for damages.

Our kitchen handles products containing nuts, tree nuts, butter, eggs, and other common allergens. While we take steps to reduce cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that products are safe for those with severe allergies.

Refund Policy:
